today i ate two bowl of frosted mini wheat's,a turkey sandwich with little bit of mustard BEST ANSWER!?

i want to lose weight 10 pounds 1 month, i already have the working out thing down ... but if thats not healthy then what should i eat to stay on track to get to my goal of losing 10 pounds by april 6th, could you make me somewhat of a diagram or something? thanks
Here's a few rules to follow if you're trying to lose weight:
1) Run. It's wonderful when you're trying to burn fat.
2) Cut out ALL carbs. No bread, no potatoes, or anything like that.
3) Avoid red meat. A good rule of thumb is if it has 4 legs, it's bad for you. Eat chicken, turkey, etc.
4) Salads. Don't use much dressing, and it helps you get full quicker so you don't eat as much.
5) Avoid the frosted mini wheats. Try cheerios.
6) Cut out processed foods. Chips, cookies, etc. Anything with hydrogenated fats, or a lot of sugar.
7) Core workouts. Sit ups, leg lifts, etc.
Positive thinking. It helps more than you can imagine.
9) Also, for snack foods, trail mix is wonderful. Just try to get natural ones, not those that are all salted up or have alot of sugar in it.
10) If you DO want something sweet, try fruit.
