i am looking for wholesale craft raw materials, i want to start making mirrors and gift ideas ect. i hope to start a web sit to sell the items.

Generally wholesalers sell only to retailers. You would have to contact manufacturers direct and they would require very large orders. Go to craft shops and ask them to quote a bulk rate for the items you require
